Priority Digital Health added to the NHS’s Health Systems Support Framework

Priority Digital Health has been included in the newest addition of accredited suppliers to the NHS England Health Systems Support Framework (HSSF) for Social Prescribing.

This framework is designed to simplify and speed up access to a list of qualified providers of social prescribing software.

NHS England says that HSSF provides a quick and easy route to access support services from innovative third-party suppliers at the leading edge of health and care system reform.

HSSF can be used by any NHS organisation, including NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), national Arm’s-Length Bodies, and local authorities.

The framework includes specialist solutions that facilitate the digitisation of services and the use of data to drive proactive population health management approaches across Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and integrated provider teams.

The PDH Platform

The PDH Platform is the only fully interoperable and customisable case management and referral platform that not only supports social prescribing but volunteering and lifestyle services too.

The Platform enables commissioners, GPs, wellbeing coaches, social prescribers/link workers and voluntary sector providers to provide health and wellbeing support to those most in need.

Thousands of patients, service users and volunteers are already on the Priority Platform, with the potential for this to grow significantly.

In addition to being on the HSSF framework, we’re also on the Crown Commercial Service Digital Outcomes 6 Framework and accredited to integrate with SystmOne, EMIS and Vision.

Alison Meadows, Joint Chief Executive and Co-Founder of PDH says:

“At PDH we saw a huge uptake of our platform during the pandemic as health and care services moved increasingly to digital delivery.

“As social prescribing continues to become more mainstream and services increasingly joined up, we are well placed to support the NHS and other organisations to leverage the capabilities of social prescribing to make an extremely positive impact on people’s lives.”
