A holistic approach to health and wellbeing is what the healthcare industry needs

England is now, as of July 2022, divided into 42 area-based Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), covering populations of roughly 500,000 to three million people.

It’s no small task, but this joined-up approach is the future of healthcare, and it has the power to achieve excellent healthcare outcomes.

This is particularly important when we consider projected increased workforce demand on top of both staff shortages and record-high waiting times for routine hospital treatment.
